About the founder
Tony Winder
Tony is a natural entrepreneur with a strong drive, curiosity, and over 25 years of experience in the industry. His journey has been characterized by determination and an unbroken will to develop – to never be satisfied but to constantly seek new paths.
When the former family business no longer provided the right stimulation, Tony made the brave decision to start over. With the full support of his wife Lotta, who had been his close partner both privately and professionally for almost 20 years, he started Tolago Infra – a new chapter, founded on the same values.
As a business leader, Tony is attentive and strongly believes in the power of collaboration. He builds teams where different experiences and competencies are allowed to take place. By delegating and giving responsibility, participation and engagement are created – something he sees as a key to the company's success.
Today, Tony is deeply grateful to work every day with ambitious and competent colleagues. His leadership is characterized by generosity, openness, and a clear vision – to create something lasting, where both people and ideas can grow.
Our history
2015 maj
Property purchased in Köping
In May 2015, Tony gains access to the new property located in Köping.
Strategically located in Central Sweden with direct proximity to the motorway.
The property, which had previously been a family-owned transport company, had everything we were looking for. Here, there were all the opportunities to develop and adapt to Tolago's Infrastructure operations, and with a land area of 125,066 m2 that we will not outgrow anytime soon.
2015 July
Tolago Infra AB is founded
In July 2015, Tolago Infra was founded by Tony Winder.
Tony had previously worked in the water and wastewater industry for 25 years and was now facing new challenges and a new product portfolio.
In a short time, Tolago Infra has grown and become a player to be reckoned with.
August 2015
Kaczmarek contact
Tolago Infra was just in the starting blocks and was busy with its establishment in Köping and in the new property.
Up until now, it was the three ambitious people who worked long days to make everything work. There was a joy and a spirit of progress in the house. But they could never have believed that Tony would be contacted by Kaczmarek as early as August 2015.
2016
We are expanding
The offer in August was too good to refuse. Tolago Infra now has access to a complete range of water and sewage products. With a broader product mix, we quickly became more attractive to customers. The workforce grew, three tents were erected on the site, and the headquarters in Köping served as a support warehouse. We hardened the ground and paved it.
In 2016, the range is also expanded to include Individual sewage systems.
2017
Tolago in a new suit
In the spring of 2017, the idea of a new look for, among other things, the Tolago Infra logo was established, specifically in March.
The property was repainted, flags were replaced, and new signs were put up.
Subsequently, new staff has also been hired, and we are paving more and applying for a building permit for a new tent.
2019
Tolago opens new warehouse
We have seen that there has been a need and great demand from our customers to be present in more locations. Therefore, Tolago is now investing in an additional warehouse in Bjärnum/Hässleholm.

Now we are Sweden's complete solution
