Focus on quality and price
In July 2015, Tolago Infra was started by Tony Winder, in a short time we have grown strongly and are a player to be reckoned with. We have entered as an alternative to the larger plastic producers and it has started well. The focus for us is quality at competitive prices.
Our court supplier is Polish Kaczmarek, one of Europe's most modern factories with a strong focus on quality, the environment and cost-effective production. Among other things, they mainly work with environmentally friendly materials such as e.g. polypropylene, and the products that come to us are adapted to our Nordic climate.
In the first real year of operation with financial results in August 2016, we had a turnover of 143 million with eight employees and a sales consultant, according to Tony Winder, who owns the company together with his wife Lotta. At the end of August 2017, we closed our second year, it was a success and a positive surprise for us. We see that the investments we make in our staff and customers have yielded a return. We managed to reach our goals and create growth and new turnover of 184 million. The last financial year, which ended in August 2018, shows continued increased and strong turnover of 225 million. The future still looks bright!
2015
Property is bought in Köping
In May 2015, Tony gets access to the new property located in Köping.
Strategically located in Central Sweden with direct proximity to the motorway.
The property, which was previously a family-owned haulage company, had everything we asked for. Here there were all the possibilities to develop & adapt to Tolagos Infra's operations, and with a land area of 125,066 m2 that we are not outgrowing in the first place.

Tolago Infra AB is founded
In July 2015, Tolago Infra was started by Tony Winder.
Tony had previously worked in the VA industry for 25 years and was now faced with new challenges and a new product portfolio.
In a short time, Tolago Infra has grown and become a player to be reckoned with.

Kaczmarek tar contact
olago Infra was only in the starting pits and was busy with its establishment in Köping and in the new property.
There was a lot to be arranged, everything from offices, build-up of warehouses and sales. Hunt for new customers with a new product portfolio.
Until now, they were three ambitious people who worked long hours to make everything work. There was joy and forward thinking in the house. But they never could have believed that Tony would already be contacted by Kaczmarek in August 2015.
2016
We are building out
The August offer from Kaczmarek was too good to turn down. This meant that Tolago Infra also got access to a complete VA range. We now had a wider product mix and quickly became more interesting to our customers.
The staff increased in number and three large tents were set up on the grounds. Head office and the warehouse in Köping are primarily intended as support warehouses for our customers, but still meant that we also hardened ground and asphalted.
In 2016, Single drains will also be added to Tolago's range.
2017
Tolago in a new suit
In the spring of 2017, the idea of a new look of, among other things, the Tolago Infra logo was founded, more precisely in March.
Property was repainted, flags replaced and new signs put up.
Since then, new staff have also been hired and the basic plan for a completely new website is taking shape.
We are paving further and applying for a building permit for a new tent.
2019
EY of the Year
At the beginning of 2019, we at Tolago could proudly announce that Tony was nominated for EY of the year. Out of 700 participants, he went all the way to the final! Everyone who was nominated IS a winner! It was a great experience that ended with a party at City Hall in Stockholm.

Tolago opens new warehouse
We have seen that there has been a need and great demand from our customers to be in more places. Therefore, Tolago is now investing in another warehouse in Bjärnum/Hässleholm.

About the founder
Tony is a born entrepreneur and has always had the drive forward, a curiosity. He has been active in the industry for 25 years, with a sharp upward curve. You can never be satisfied – innovation and opportunities come to those who actively seek and dare to make something of them. But in order to succeed, you have to be determined and have a sales strategy and an optimistic view of life and your surroundings.
Going to work should be fun, life is too short not to take advantage of it. And so does Tony. He is a generous, giving person who loves and lives for his job. He has seen the benefits of sharing his success with his co-workers and family. It creates a positive business climate and a happy life.
With setbacks, you also have to see opportunities, problems are there to be solved and to learn from. A few years ago, Tony decided that the family business he had been part of and built up to success was no longer providing the right stimulus. He felt that the branches of the tree had grown apart and that it was time to walk on new streets with new challenges. Despite risks and uncertainty, he reinvested everything and started from scratch. Of course with the same support and understanding from his wife Lotta Winder - which was a prerequisite for being able to succeed once more. She has also worked together with Tony for almost 20 years, and today has an important role for Tolago.
As a company manager, it is important to be responsive, and to be able to delegate and listen to your employees. Tony enlists the help of other people in the company and gives them the opportunity to take their place - together you find the best solutions. He chose to build a team, with different conditions and qualities. It has proven to be a winning concept for Tolago Infra. Feeling seen, involved and significant is important for everyone, person as well as company.
