DIAMIR
DIAMIR wells are manufactured from polypropylene (PP) by injection moulding. The injection moulding method ensures very high accuracy and repeatability of production. Rising and telescopic pipes are manufactured by extruding polypropylene (PP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
All types of wells offered undergo laboratory and polygon tests for mechanical strength, tightness and resistance to static and dynamic loads. Strict monitoring of the quality of our products is ensured by the implemented quality management system based on EN ISO 9001.
The basic components of the well:
- Chamber: the base of a non-gasifying manhole that allows the direct connection of rainwater or sanitary sewerage pipes installed in the ground and which contains integrally moulded channels together with possible branches.Risers: risers with a diameter of 315-600 mm or a chamber built of modular PP rings with an internal diameter of 800-1000 mm, equipped with steps.Cone: which allows the correction of the height of the pit. The cone is equipped with manholes.
- Telescope: part of the kit that allows compensation for settlements that may occur after installation and allows correction of the pit height. The telescope is installed at a depth of up to 0.8 m from ground level.
Purpose of the programme
DIAMIR chambers are intended for the construction of gravity sewerage networks (sanitary, rain, combined, industrial) and drainage. The offer includes the following types of wells:
- Inspection manholes, which provide access to a stormwater or sanitary sewer system using inspection or cleaning equipment.
- Manholes (inspection), which provide personnel access to a stormwater or sanitary sewer system.
- Drainage chambers, with a settling tank, are used in stormwater drainage (sewers) and drainage. When using "blind" kinets, wells are used, for example as tanks, sewage pumping stations or manholes.
Standards
- EN 13598-2: 2016
- EN 124: 2015
- EN 476: 2011
- EN 681-1: 2002
Advantages of DIAMIR manholes
- Savings due to low weight of individual well elements, which allows minimising the use of heavy equipment and building access roads.
- Total tightness against infiltration of groundwater into the chamber interior and exfiltration of wastewater into the ground, which can pollute the environment.
- Excellent hydraulic properties, low resistance to sewage flow and absence of deposition in the chambers.
- High strength parameters, facilitating inspection and cleaning thanks to an optimised chamber design.High resistance to groundwater buoyancy and adaptation to changing climatic conditions thanks to the ribbing of the chamber elements.Quick and easy installation thanks to a pressed gasket.Possibility of obtaining any height in the range up to 6 metres, and telescopic termination of the chamber allows for precise height adjustment and alignment to the level of the hardened surface.
- A wide range of chambers facilitates design and execution, and the use of connecting joints in ball joints provides the possibility of changing the direction of the pipeline by ± 7.5 and building the pit of the channel with a large drop.At least 100 years of long service life thanks to the most modern technology, abrasion-resistant plastics, aggressive abrasion and impact resistance and elongation at break.
