Hydro-Box infiltration boxes
The basic function of the HYDRO-BOX system is to manage rainwater from hardened surfaces, that is, the temporary accumulation of rainwater at the place of their formation and then return them to the natural circulation. Rainwater drainage is carried out by filtration in accordance with the DWA-A138 guidelines (guidelines of the German organisation in the field of water and wastewater management and waste).
The HYDRO-BOX system is used to drain or store rainwater discharged from the roofs of buildings, terraces, car parks, streets and other paved surfaces. HYDRO-BOX system components, depending on the strength of the ends, can be installed in places loaded with pedestrian and vehicular traffic of cars and lorries.
The number of boxes used in the designed tank depends on factors such as:
- Size of the dehydrated area
- soil conditions and location
- precipitation intensity in a given area of the site
- precipitation duration and frequency
The HYDRO-BOX system components include:
- HYDRO-BOX type H500 filtration and drainage units with 500 ml capacity and high strength
- HYDRO-BOX type H500 inspect inlet and drain boxes with
- inspection and flushing channel (high strength, 500 ml capacity)
- HYDRO-BOX filtration and drainage boxes type H250 - 250 ml (high strength)
- Connection accessories for boxes; closing plates, connection elements, connection brackets
- PP geotextile filters
- Geomembrane: PVC, PE, PE HD
- DIAMIR 315, 425, 600, 800, 1000 sediment filtration and filtration wells
- DIAMIR 425, 600, 800 throttling overflow wells,
- DIAMIR 600, 800, 1000 pump wells
Implementations
HYDRO-BOX boxes implement solutions in the field of drainage and storage of rainwater in construction and industrial areas, under communication surfaces such as car parks, roads and cycle paths.
- FLOW REGULATION - The system built by HYDRO-BOX boxes can regulate the drainage of retention water. The water collected during precipitation, which flows irregularly to the reservoir, is stabilised and fed into the rainwater drainage system in the specified quantities and unit of time.GROUND DRAINAGE - The HYDRO-BOX box system allows in the absence of stormwater drainage water in the tank, evenly disconnecting from the ground at a rate that depends on the soil filtration coefficient.RAINWATER Retention - Tank built by HYDRO-BOX boxes, can receive and store rainwater. The retention task is fulfilled by wrapping the tank with geomembrane and geotextile, which ensures tight water retention.
Advantages of Hydro-Box infiltration boxes
- Important for the environment, protection of groundwater resources and prevention of soil drying out.
- Lower costs associated with rising water prices and wastewater treatment.
- Large area of perforation of drainage pipes, perforated pipes around the entire perimeter (TP).
- The HYDRO-BOX system presents the extent of its capabilities when installed with our other products such as PVC-U, PP and K2-KAN outdoor drainage systems or the DIAMIR chambers.
- Exemption from rainwater tax was recently introduced in some cities and municipalities. The company has complete instructions, prepared for self-assembly, thanks to which the installation can be done on your own.
- The boxes can be assembled in any combination based on completed design calculations. The HYDRO-BOX system can be installed in areas loaded with road traffic. The minimum depth of the 0.8 m moving soil and the maximum foundation depth of 3.0 m must be maintained. The boxes can be statically loaded to a load class SLW 60 (lorries) according to DIN 1072.
- Rainwater retention - A reservoir built of HYDRO-BOX boxes, it can receive and store rainwater. The retention task is fulfilled by wrapping the tank with geomembrane and geotextile to ensure tight water retention.
- HYDRO-BOX system components can be installed in places loaded with pedestrian and vehicular traffic of cars and lorries.
