PVC-U Pressurised Water System

Pipes for pressure sewers are made of PVC-U in the extrusion process, they have a solid homogeneous construction throughout the pipe cross-section with smooth outer and inner walls. During the manufacturing process, a sleeve is formed at the end of the pipe with a groove for insertion of the elastomeric seal.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) is a material with high resistance to chemical compounds. PVC-U pipes and fittings are resistant to the influence of wastewater with pH values of 2 (acid) up to 12 (base) for corrosion caused by municipal sewage, rainwater, surface water and groundwater. Information on resistance to PVC chemical compounds is specified in ISO/TR 10358 and elastomer seals in ISO/TR 7620.

Depending on the application area and the investor's preferences, the pipes can be fitted with gaskets with an additional stabilising ring (ANGER-LOCK). The design of this type of gaskets prevents them from slipping out of the groove during connection. In addition, these gaskets are characterised by increased tightness against both over- and underpressure.

The entire PVC-U pressure system undergoes laboratory and polygonal tests for mechanical strength, tightness and resistance to static and dynamic loads. Strict monitoring of the quality of our products is ensured by the quality management system implemented in the company based on EN ISO 9001.
