MetalliScanner™ MT 7 Electronic Metal Detector

The MetalliScanner™ MT 7 is an electronic metal detector designed to find metal objects in all common building materials in domestic, commercial and industrial environments. A bright backlit display indicates the depth of the metal object up to 15 cm (in both centimetres and inches). It also shows the type of metal (magnetic or non-magnetic) and whether you are approaching or moving away from the object. This powerful tool saves time and money by avoiding guesswork, unnecessary holes, broken drills and damaged saw blades. The MT 7 helps to map the positioning of metal objects such as rebar through all types of non-metallic building materials including concrete, tiles and marble. It can also be used to locate and reinforce reinforcements in masonry structures and to measure distances between nails in roofing materials (to check compliance with building standards). It can also detect rows of nails or nubs attaching sheet material to joists behind plastered walls.
