Polypropylene geogrids for soil stabilisation
Polypropylene geogrids are used to improve the load-bearing capacity and stability of surfaces built on soils with poor load-bearing capacity, such as silt, clay and bogs. The mesh structure effectively locks in superstructure materials and increases bearing capacity through mechanical stabilisation. For best results, it is recommended that the geogrid is laid on top of a nonwoven or geotextile.
