Thonic tc-bd is a fire-rated type-approved inspection hatch that is installed with a surface-mounted frame. Installation is very quick, as the fixing plates are pre-assembled and are knocked out with a hammer between the first and second plasterboard. The hatch is available in standard sizes from 150 x 150 to 600 x 600 mm. Thonic tc-bd is supplied painted white, NCS S 0502-Y. The door is fitted with a recessed chisel lock. Thonic tc-bd can be special ordered with other dimensions, in any colour or with extra accessories such as different hinges, lock models, etc. Current type approvals are no. 0118/04 (EI30) and no. 0117/04 (EI60).
