Bison Safety Fabric - Robust Protection for Structures
Bison Safety Fabric is a high quality, multi-functional safety fabric designed to enhance the safety of building structures. With a construction of reinforced ageing resistant HD polyethylene and laminated on both sides with LD polyethylene, this safety fabric provides robust and long-lasting protection. The fabric is P-marked to guarantee quality, and UV and alkali stabilised to withstand harsh environments. Its primary uses are as an air and vapour barrier and as a protection against penetration, a property that meets the strict requirements of the Swedish Work Environment Authority. For optimum protection, it is recommended that the safety fabric is installed on the warm side of the insulation with the joints and penetrations sealed, preferably with Bison Flex Tape or other equivalent and approved materials. It is also referred to as safety foil, combination foil, combination fabric and penetration protection, depending on the application.
